What can I expect from an Executive Suite at 801 West Bay Center?

Our offices are truly an instant solution that allow you to move in as quickly as the same day. Many suites have large windows overlooking the city of Largo. Each suite is fully insulated with tint on all windows. If you prefer, we also have interior offices to minimize distractions. Choose from a single-person office, large executive office, team office, or multi-office suite.

What kind of tenant is drawn to executive suites?

A business center is a great environment for attorneys, counselors, financial planners, insurance agents, and more.

What services are included with an executive suite?

As a tenant of 801 West Bay Center you can enjoy a live receptionist, on-site maintenance and property management, signatures for deliveries, daily janitorial services, break rooms supplied with coffee/tea and filtered water for you and your clients, a professional waiting area, conference rooms, ground floor signage, and a prestigious office address. A la carte services such as phone answering services, high-speed copy and faxing options, as well as secretarial services and postage.

Upon move in, you can also enjoy immediate access to the internet and state-of-the-art VoIP/Sip telephone equipment with off-site (multiple) call forwarding and/or voicemails sent as email attachments for instant retrieval from anywhere in the world. Private vlan, IP address, and extra phone numbers can also be provided. 

Do I have to be a tenant to use 801 West Bay Center's conference and meeting rooms?

Our 5 beautiful meeting/conference rooms are available for anyone’s use based on availability.  All executive suite tenants are given 8 hours’ complimentary conference room time on a monthly bases and non-tenant users are welcome to rent the rooms at an hourly rate.  If you are not an 801 West Bay Center tenant but a frequent conference room user, please ask us about our conference room package deals.  All meeting/conference rooms can be reserved by contacting our receptionist at (727) 581-8996.

How long is my executive suite contract?

An executive suite contract is a month-to-month contract allowing you the flexibility to grow within the building without being committed to one space for a year or more.

Are there cost advantages to using an executive suite?

With a full-service executive suite you can save on utilities as well as benefit from the shared advantages of a live receptionist, secretarial services, faxing services, postage/shipping services and access to a high-quality copy machine.

How many people can an executive suite at 801 West Bay Center accommodate?

Executive suites can accommodate between one, two, three and maybe even four people depending on the office space. 

How do I become a virtual office member?

What are the hours that I will have access to the building?

As an 801 West Bay Center tenant, you will have access to the building 24 hours a day, seven days a week. At lease signing you are provided with a five-digit code that will grant you access to the building from the front entrance. During normal business hours, the front and side ground-level doors remain unlocked.

How do I get my mail?

An authorized USPS mail carrier delivers tenants mail directly to their assigned mailboxes, located on the 3rd floor. UPS and FedEx pickups and deliveries are located on the 4th floor.
